Athletes are encouraged to:

  • Bring a minimum 2 liters of water to each training section.
  • Wear appropriate workout attire including shoes/cleats (outdoor).
  • Hydrate and consume a sufficient amount of food throughout the day to sustain energy levels for our workouts.
  • Be prepared to start a workout at designated workout time.
  • Be mindful that change facilities are limited at all locations. It's best that athletes wear clothing that allows easy access to workout attire. 


Yes. We hold an up to date policy with a large Canadian insurer.


  • Cancelations due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the coach. Notice of a cancelation will be communicated no later then 1 hour prior to workout start time.
  • If weather is a factor for a cancelation, there will be NO guarantee the session will be re-scheduled.
  • If there's a cancelation due to covid-19 restrictions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workout (s) that were affected.


  • Once the payment for training is received we do not offer a refund.
  • A credit of the remaining payment can be used for future training.
